Security Is Our Highest Priority

 

As per our credit card details security, we use a third-party payment processor with the highest level of security compliance to ensure that your credit card details are encrypted and safe. Hypnotist Secrets shall not have full access or keep a record of your complete credit card number.

 

Customer Responsibility

 

Hypnotist Secrets urges its members to be responsible in taking note of the date and time of their purchase. We politely ask our members to contact us first for concerns such as cancellations and refunds.

 

In addition, customers need to maintain their bronze membership plan to access all other paid content, in the event they choose to upgrade and/or join the weekly coaching program, such as the silver plan and/or the gold plan. This means that a member, regardless of which program they avail, will be revoked from all access once they get a refund. In the event of cancellations, all access will be revoked when their membership expires. To ensure this process is well understood, all visitors are required, before they become a member, to tick a checkbox that they've fully read and understood this page.


Cancellation Requests

 

To request a cancellation of your membership, you can either use our virtual concierge or send us an email at marvin@hypnotistsecrets.com with the subject line, "Cancellation Request".

 

Once your request has been fulfilled, you will receive an email confirmation through the email address you registered on our system.

 

Requests are usually catered within 24-48 business hours.

 

Refunds

 

Bronze and Silver Badge Members

 

Customers who registered as a member of Hypnotist Secrets's Ultimate Hypnosis Hub, all have a 30-day money back guarantee period. This includes the initial payment and for each monthly re-bill.  Initial payments and re-bills become non-refundable on its 30th day. The calculation will be based on the time of purchase.

 

Since refunds will automatically cancel your subscription, you will immediately lose access to our member's area.

  

Gold Badge Members

 

Successful applicants that become gold badge members who opted to pay completely upfront are eligible to request a refund within 30 days.  However, since other gold badge members may opt to choose the installment plans, it is important to take note that these members understand that once it is beyond 30 days from the initial payment, all remaining installments will be non-refundable.

 

Upon processing a refund, gold badge members will immediately lose access to the member's area, access to Microhypnosis Masterclass and be opted out of Tyler's 3-month coaching program.

 

Refund Requests

 

To request a refund, you can use our help desk or send us an email at marvin@hypnotistsecrets.com with the subject line, "Refund Request".

 

Once your request has been fulfilled, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered on our system.

 

Requests are usually catered within 24-48 business hours.

 

Overdraft Fees

 

Hypnotist Secrets shall not be held responsible for any overdraft fees incurred by its members due to us billing them in a timely manner.

 

Credit Card Update

 

In the rarest of events, when a member wants us to update their credit card information on file on their behalf, please send your details via email at marvin@hypnotistsecrets.com with the subject line, "CC Update".

 

Once the update is done, your credit card information will be encrypted. The email you sent will be deleted to maintain the security and privacy of your bank account details.

 

An email confirmation will be sent to the email address you registered on our system.
